1. Shipping
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to the following locations:
Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands only)
Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Liechtenstein, and Japan.
We do not ship to other countries at this time due to logistical, customs, and security reasons.
Shipping Rates
Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Flat rate of €10
Other international destinations listed above: Flat rate of €20
Shipping costs include VAT, but not any other taxes, fees, or duties that may apply in the destination country.
Packaging and Shipping
Each item is individually prepared and packaged with special care to ensure its safety during shipping.
Shipments are made via Correos (Spanish Postal Service), UPS, DHL, or other logistics companies depending on the destination.
Customs and Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to additional duties, fees, or taxes determined by the customs authorities of the destination country.
These costs are the customer's responsibility and may vary according to local legislation.
AHRÉM is not responsible for any delays or charges resulting from customs clearance.

2. Returns and Exchanges
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery , in accordance with consumer protection regulations (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to hello@ahremstudio.com including your order number, full name, and reason for return.
We will confirm receipt of your request and provide instructions for shipping the item.
Products must be returned:
In their original condition, unused and undamaged.
With their original packaging, labels, and certificate of authenticity (if applicable).
In packaging that ensures their protection during transport.
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the corresponding amount (excluding original shipping costs) using the same payment method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping errors.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Custom or made-to-order items (including engravings or modifications).
Items that have been used, tampered with, or damaged after receipt.
Products that, for hygiene reasons, cannot be resold (such as earrings).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you must return the original following the process described above and place a new order on the website.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@ahremstudio.com, attaching photographs of the item and the packaging.
Once the issue has been verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Repair or replacement of the item (if possible).
Full refund, including shipping costs.
In these cases, AHRÉM will cover the return shipping costs and the cost of sending the replacement.
Refunds
The refund will be issued after we receive and verify the returned item.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the product arrives at our workshop.
You will receive an email confirming the transaction once it is complete.
