Care Guide

Care Guide

Each piece of AHRÉM jewelry is handcrafted, meaning that slight variations, small marks, or irregularities may exist. These characteristics are part of the unique character and authenticity of each piece and are not considered manufacturing defects.

To maintain the beauty of your pieces, we recommend gently cleaning them after each use and keeping them away from heat and humidity.

Avoid contact with water, oils, sweat, perfumes, chemicals, and cosmetics.

During Use

Treat your jewelry with care and avoid activities that could cause scratches, impacts, drops, or snags.

Remove them before sleeping, showering, or washing your hands.

Use caution when opening and closing earrings or chains. Do not pull on chains or clasps, as they are made of precious metals and could break under tension.

Storage

Store each piece separately, in a dry place, and inside the included pouch to prevent scratches and preserve its shine.

Natural wear and tear, as well as the gradual oxidation of silver, are not considered manufacturing defects.

AHRÉM is not responsible for the maintenance of jewelry once purchased.

Sterling Silver and Solid Gold

Over time, sterling silver may tarnish due to oxidation, while 18-karat gold does not tarnish, although it may lose some of its shine with use.

To restore its appearance, clean your pieces with a soft cloth and, if necessary, use specialized gold or silver cleaning products.
